Initially a tied battle of equal strength, the Dark Lord was eventually defeated and cornered by The Chosen One despite his best efforts. Seeing how Noogai didn't care The Dark Lord was defeated, The Chosen One convinces him to exact revenge and with their combined powers, they destroy Noogai's applications and successfully create a singularity to destroy Noogai's operating software and cause a Blue Screen of Death.

Although he doesn't physically appear, he plays an important role in the appearance of The Second Coming , as the Chosen One appears when The Second Coming glitches out in rage. The Chosen One makes an appearance near the end of the video, appearing out of a portal in the computer screen. Seeing the Sticks in danger, he ignites his fists and charges at Virabot. The battle seems a tie until The Chosen One is revealed to be immune to Virabot's corrosion.

Then he activates his laser vision and fire controlling abilities and eventually forcing the virus to hide in the computer's files. He then starts attacking The Chosen One with many pop-ups, apps and broken windows. The broken pieces of windows and pop-ups soon form a giant version of Virabot and begin attacking him. Overwhelmed by the sheer number of attacks, The Chosen One activates a hidden power that boosts his abilities and destroys the giant Virabot.

The virus is soon rained down with all The Chosen One's powers, ending with a single energy punch, killing it.

The other stick figures start thanking him, but he ignores them and restarts a portal back to his dimension. Before leaving, he looks to Noogai and bows to him, forgiving him. Noogai bows back and The Chosen One returns to his dimension.

But the portal remains for a few moments, to the curiosity of the other Sticks. The Second Coming jumps forward, followed by his friends, ending the episode. It is revealed in this episode that The Chosen One and The Dark Lord had survived by opening a portal to the internet. There, they began a 7-year long spree of terror, destroying games, websites and killing other animations to satisfy their bloodlust. They lived together in a house at an unknown location as brothers in arms.

One day, the chosen one witnesses The Dark Lord create a virus that was immensely powerful and could dissolve anything it comes into contact with. After a quick demonstration, The Dark Lord loads it into a cannon to fire at Alan's new computer. Despite their bitter past, The Chosen One refused to let poor Alan suffer again and attempted to persuade The Dark Lord to do the same. The Dark Lord, however, wouldn't relent and attempted to fire the cannon. A short but vicious duel starts between the former friends, ending with The Dark Lord's defeat but the cannon's firing.

With all his powers firing, he breaks through and enter the computer, before dueling the virus. Following the defeat of the first Virabot, he returned to his world and fought the surviving Dark Lord.

He engages him in a fierce duel, initially overpowering him and forcing him on the defensive. Eventually, the Dark Lord started to gain the strength to fight back and knocked the Chosen One into the water near his base of operations. While floating in the water and recovering, he saw a dark red and black burst of light pierce the sky and grew uncertain. The Dark Lord return with new powers similar to his viruses and engages the Chosen One again, this time, gaining the upper hand and aided by his viruses, he overwhelmed the Chosen One.

The timely arrival of Noogai's Cursor, aided by Yellow to enter the world, initially helped the Chosen One in fighting back against the enemy, but nonetheless, the cursor was destroyed and the Chosen One was defeated. Pinned down, the final blow was about to be dealt, but was interrupted by the arrival of the Second Coming and the Stick Gang.

Overpowered, the Chosen One was helpless to stop their demise and saw the Second Coming being mortally wounded before being thrown against the cliffside. He creates the Chosen One, a black stick figure, who immediately starts attacking the Animator's mouse pointer with fire, lasers, and anything else. After a brief battle against the pointer, the Chosen One breaks out of the application and begins wreaking havoc on the computer's desktop.

Only the humanoid icon of AOL Instant Messenger is able to keep the Chosen One busy as the Animator tries, in vain, to get help from a fellow programmer. After defeating his foe as well as the icon for My Computer, the Chosen One tries to shut down the computer, but is attacked by the Avast antivirus and defeated. The Animator then uses the now tamed Chosen One's fire abilities as a good thing by making the Chosen One his pop-up blocker.

A few years later, the Chosen One, still enslaved, is interested by a link to a site against stick figure slavery, and clicks on it. A pop-up appears that would free the Chosen One, but the Chosen One's pop-up-blocking fire destroys it. In a fit of rage, the Chosen One attacks the pointer and manages to free himself. The Chosen One begins his revenge by destroying the Web browser and beginning to destroy a required essay by the Animator.

Clippy offers to help killing the Chosen One. The Animator agrees and the three have a battle in the Word document. As the paper clip and the stick figure are fighting, the Animator takes the time to create a new, red stick figure called the Dark Lord. He makes the Dark Lord as powerful as the Chosen One and makes the new creation's mission to destroy the old one. The Chosen One and the Dark Lord begin fighting with their powers in the Word document, a game of Solitaire, and eventually make it to the desktop.

The Dark Lord calls the desktop icons to its aid and they all do battle against the Chosen One. The Chosen One manages to throw the Dark Lord into a game of Minesweeper, where it begins trying to escape without stepping on a mine. The Chosen One fights off the icons and gets into a fierce dual with Firefox, eventually throwing it onto the Minesweeper game and blowing up the Dark Lord.

Wounded, the Dark Lord surrenders to the Chosen One. The Chosen One spares the Dark Lord and the two begin attacking the Animator who was playing Solitaire the whole time. The two destroy all the applications and begin creating a whirlwind to destroy the computer. They succeed in doing so, giving the Animator an extremely powerful Blue Screen of Death which terminates the entire computer, presumably killing themselves in the process. The new orange stick figure is named the Second Coming and is somehow tied with the Chosen One's Return.

The Second Coming becomes the Chosen One for a few seconds before it and the Animator partake in another battle. However, the two put aside their differences and become allies in the end. The Animator's computer is attacked by a virus called ViraBot. The Animator, The Second Coming, and the other stick figures attempt to fight it off, but are outmatched. ViraBot attacks with blades and spikes, but the Chosen One is able to keep pace with the barrage of attacks and projectiles and block and dodge them all.

ViraBot eventually hits the Chosen One with a series of spikes, but the Chosen One seems resistant to their corrosive powers.
